Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website of Ram Chandra Institute Of Paramedical And Management Sciences (RCIPMS) (the "Service") operated by RCIPMS.

1.1 Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

1. "Service" refers to the website of RCIPMS.

2. "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

3. "RCIPMS" (also referred to as "us", "we", or "our") refers to Ram Chandra Institute Of Paramedical And Management Sciences.

4. "Website" refers to RCIPMS's website, accessible from www.rcipms.in.

2.1 Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

2.2 By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

2.3 * Terms and conditions apply with All Offers. 
2.4 *Students are eligible for internship only if their attendance is 75% or more.
2.5  RCIPMS or Health Care And Technical Education Society does not claim nor it is affiliated or associated with UP State Medical Faculty so students enrolled with us cannot get registration with it.
2.6 DMLT and Advance Diploma MLT is intercghangeably used by us because DMLT is more popular name although DMLT is awarded by UP State medical faculty and BSS. The name change was done only in 2023 so general public is not yet familiar with these technical changes. RCIPMS has no intention to mislead the public but uses the term DMLT to offer diploma awarded by BSS

Changes

4.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
